Shade trees have been a cherished part of our landscape for over 30 years. Unlike many parks in the area, our lush trees provide a refreshing escape from the summer heat, ensuring a cool and comfortable experience for all our visitors Come enjoy the natural beauty and the comfort of shaded areas!
HOW MUCH IS ELECTRIC
Tenants costs have been anywhere from $30 to $200 per month, depending on usage. For instance, if you're running your A/C at full capacity during the hot summer months, your costs will naturally be higher. On average, most people's electric bills hover around $100 per month. While electric companies have been raising rates, we strive to keep our tenants' expenses as low as possible.
HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE
We provide stunning accommodations with pricing that ranges from $300 to $450 per month. Enjoy our scenic views for $450, or opt for our budget-friendly spots starting at $300. Whatever your choice we guarantee a beautiful experience!
ARE THERE BOAT RAMPS
There are two ramps conveniently located within half a mile to the north and south of our location, making it simple for you launch your boat and enjoy a day on the water. Check out Google Maps for precise directions and make the most of boating experience!
CAN I BRING A BOAT
We have spacious spots available that work perfectly to bring the whole family and your boat! We recommend giving us a call of time to check on availability, as these spots tend to rent out quickly!

Due to the high amount of spam emails we get it is usually best to call us. If you are unable to call fill out our form on the home page.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. We charge a $100 deposit upon approval.
DO YOU ONLY TAKE NEW RVS
We have a 10 year or newer policy. If your camper is older than that you will be required to send pictures. We approve older campers on a case by case basis
